Order of Christian Initiation for Adults Registration

Registration for 2024-2025 IS NOW OPEN!
The deadline to register is August 30, 2024.

We are pleased to offer online registration for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please be sure to read through the Parish OCIA Handbook, OCIA Calendar, and instructions before registering. Payment must be made by debit or credit card at the time of registration or by sending a check to the OLPH office.

Registration is not complete if we do not have sacramental certificates and payment; discounts/fees are assessed according to the date of payment.

To register:

  1. Fill out the registration form (below) that applies to you.
  2. If you are baptized in the Catholic Church or another Christian denomination, please send a copy of the baptism certificate to faithformation@olphkc.org. You will need this certificate to complete the online registration. If you do not have your certificate with you, please contact the parish office where you received the baptism to request a copy of the certificate.
  3. After completing the online registration, make a payment here:
  4. Get in touch with us at faithformation@olphkc.org to arrange a brief interview.

Why do we need an interview?

This interview is not binding in any way; it simply helps us better understand your needs and how we can best serve you. In this interview, we hope to:
  • Collect your contact details for future communication purposes.
  • Establish whether you have undergone a formal Baptism.
  • Offer a summary of the procedure and address any inquiries you might have.
  • Ask about any past marriages, if relevant.
  • Recognize any obstacles you might encounter in attending sessions and explore possible solutions.
  • Clarify the responsibilities of the Sponsor and obtain their contact information.
